Customer case study: Supporting military intelligence communications

When a European NATO member’s military intelligence organization needed a new conferencing service, cloud platforms were not an option.

Using Cisco Meeting Server, Cisco video devices, and VQ Conference Manager, the agency introduced operator-led and self-service meetings within its high-security environment.

Outlook integration and One Button to Push make calls easier to plan and join, while device automation and analytics help administrators maintain the service and identify potential issues early.

Following a successful deployment, the agency is planning to expand its use of VQ Conference Manager, including a high-availability upgrade.
