1. Bringing AI to on-premises collaboration
Cloud-based AI is a non-starter for most of our customers, given the sensitivity of their communications. But that doesn’t have to mean missing out on AI in their secure collaboration environments.
With Cisco’s Collaboration AI POD emerging, offering both native and bring-your-own (BYO) models, we’ve been working closely with Cisco to unlock the potential in self-hosted and air-gapped conferencing.
Equally, if you’re already deploying enterprise AI infrastructure and agent models, we’re developing ways for you to integrate our software with these capabilities, including through APIs and MCP servers.

2.Unified scheduling and device management across CMS, Webex, and Microsoft Teams
We’re continuing our journey to simplify management of conferencing platforms that combine self-hosted and cloud. Across user self-service (scheduling and joining meetings) and administration (collaboration device management), we’ve new and forthcoming capabilities to support your operation of hybrid environments.
3. Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) support on Cisco devices in IL5 environments
With the United States defense community moving much of its unclassified conferencing to Microsoft Teams, many customers are seeking ways to continue using existing Cisco in-room collaboration equipment with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR). The way you’d normally do this – Cisco Collaboration Control Hub – isn’t authorized for use in IL5 situations. VQ Conference Manager fills this gap, providing a fully self-hosted solution to activate MTR and manage the devices going forward.

4. Incident management and other high-stakes calls on Cisco Meeting Server
Our Advanced Conferencing Center (ACC), which supports the highest-stakes and most-complex meeting types on Cisco Meeting Server, has been a massive hit with early adopters. We’ve been listening intently to feedback, and have a range of additional features coming soon.

5. TMS replacement – time is running out!
End of support for Cisco TMS is just over four months away, and with holiday season fast approaching, that time will disappear in a flash.

Lastly, with our team having grown to more than 65 people, we recently opened our new global HQ in the UK. This much larger space gives our teams more room to collaborate, both internally and cross-function. It also gives us a venue to host our customers and partners when you visit the UK, and the opportunity for you to talk tech with the teams building the software.
