VQ Communications Previews Major Platform Innovations at WebexOne 2025

September 25, 2025 – VQ Communications, a global leader in secure, self-hosted collaboration solutions for Cisco, has announced multiple significant company developments to coincide with WebexOne 2025 in San Diego (stand B3). Its executive team will be on hand to discuss the improvements arriving early 2026 and beyond.

One headline update is VQ Communications’ Advanced Operations Console for mission-critical environments. Designed for secure, high-pressure operations, once released to the market, this console will deliver enhanced interface capabilities and robust architectural resilience, enabling people to make confident decisions under extreme circumstances without the distraction of underlying meeting technology.

VQ Conference Manager’s (VQCM) analytics capabilities are expanding as well, with unified insights now extending beyond Cisco Meeting Server (CMS) and Collaboration Devices to cover Expressway and Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) call detail records. This evolution towards full observability will provide organizations with a consolidated view of their Cisco UC environment, helping operators monitor performance and maintain service quality to the highest standards.

Giles Adams, CEO at VQ Communications, said: “Our mission has always been to give organizations full control over their collaboration infrastructure. These new capabilities are about helping customers meet today’s challenges while preparing for tomorrow against the backdrop of data sovereignty, cloud cautiousness and geopolitical distrust. We’re excited to share what’s next with our Cisco partners and customers at WebexOne.

Steve Holmes, Vice President of Sales at VQ Communications, continued: “Our commitment to delivering exceptional Cisco meeting experiences has seen our talented engineering team turn their attention towards a common challenge facing all security-concerned organizations. We are excited to share our plans for enterprise-grade AI for self-hosted environments and how our innovation in this space will enhance meeting participant productivity, without compromising on information security.”

In addition to these major updates, the team at WebexOne is on hand to elaborate on additional features coming to VQCM next year:

These developments reflect VQ Communications’ talent for delivering secure, resilient video conferencing and unified communications in the most demanding environments and industries.

For decades, it has excelled in the North American market, where its powerful platform has met the need for secure self-hosted communications and sovereign conferencing.

Building on this success in region, the company has also established a dedicated site in Virginia to service its extensive US public sector and defense customer base. This will ensure faster, more responsive support in-region and lays the groundwork for a larger permanent presence in the future.
