Secure your call with pins and passcodes

Virtual meeting Spaces can be protected with an access PIN/passcode.

Your administrators can set rules to define the minimum length and complexity of a Space PIN/passcode.

Users can change the PIN/passcode on their own Space – within the constraints your administrators set – using one of VQ Conference Manager’s self-service tools.

For added security, users and operators can also schedule one-time or recurring calls with their own PIN/passcode. For recurring calls, the PIN/passcode can either be the same or different for each occurrence, depending on your security requirements.
