Condition monitors and alerts

If something isn’t working as it should in your conferencing environment, VQ Conference Manager can automatically notify the relevant people, and provide the data they need to diagnose the issue. This is especially valuable for teams looking after very large conferencing services.

For example, imagine packet loss on a particular call exceeds a threshold you’ve specified. VQ Conference Manager’s Analytics engine then triggers an email, or pushes a message to Slack or other tools. This notification can include any Kibana data from the lead-up to the threshold being passed, thereby putting a comprehensive picture of the issue at your administrators’ fingertips.
