Users and operators can schedule one-off or recurring calls, using VQ Conference Manager.
There are two ways to do this.
Microsoft Outlook: Using user’s own Space
If it’s acceptable for the call to happen in a user’s always-available meeting Space, individuals can schedule using the VQ Conference Manager add-in for Microsoft Outlook. This adds the details for their Space to a standard meeting invitation, which can be set to recur by checking the appropriate box in Outlook.
VQ Conference Manager portal: Using the user’s own Space, or a one-off Space
Alternatively, users and operators can schedule one-off or recurring calls via the VQ Conference Manager web portal.
Calls scheduled in this way can either be in one of a user’s always-available meeting Spaces, or in a one-off Space, created specially for the meeting. These one-off Spaces can be based on pre-defined Space templates, exist only for the scheduled duration of the call and have their own PIN. (For recurring calls, the PIN for each occurrence can be the same or different every time.)
Time-limited Spaces with their own PINs add essential security. They ensure someone from a previous call cannot stay on the line for a subsequent call, nor dial in at a later time using the PIN they were issued previously.
