VQ Conference Manager empowers operators to monitor and manage multiple calls, directly from their Activity screen.
For each live conference, they can see:
• Participants in the call and lobby/waiting room
• Whether it’s being recorded
• Real-time statistics for each participant
Without leaving the Activity screen, the operator can alter settings for one or more users, including:
• Mute or unmute audio
• Activate or deactivate video
• Change video layout
• Set importance
• Change their roles
• Move them to other calls
