What’s new at VQ?

A tremendous Cisco Live EMEA
We spent the week meeting with our Cisco colleagues, partners and customers, as well as having many conversations with potential new customers and partners.
VQ Conference Manager’s Meeting Services continues to resonate well, and interest in DMA, the Cisco-recommended replacement for TMS, continues to build. We have a growing customer base and our pipeline is fantastically strong.
Barry reflects on his experience of the event here.
Metro shines at Cisco Live
Metro, our new end-user app, enables authorised users to join or host video or audio conferences on Cisco infrastructure.
It had a fantastic response from those who saw it demo’d at Cisco Live, with one VQ customer saying… “This is making me so happy. [Metro] looks fantastic and just what we’ve been looking for. I can’t wait to share this with my team.”
This is just the start.
We’re bringing exciting new features to Metro this year, such as Teams and Outlook integration.

VQ customer insights
Our company ethos is deeply rooted in a customer-first approach. Our product development strategy is built on listening to our customers and building the features which solve the problems they tell us they are experiencing.
We’re creating a library of insights shared by our customers on their experience with VQ and our platform.
The first of these discusses the problems VQ Conference Manager solves in a large government organisation.
