A word from the VQ team
This month, we hear from Annabelle, Jack and Ben, some of the newer members of the VQ Engineering and Sales teams.
Annabelle
“I’ve just finished three months at VQ and it’s been great so far. I’m continuously supported by all the team members from different departments and you really do feel part of the team with a common goal.
“There’s plenty of work to do and I’m looking forward to the year ahead with all the exciting projects coming in 2024.”
Jack
“The approach that Mike, the CEO, has about working is spread across the entire team at VQ; when deciding to do something, assume that the answer is always yes. This has many benefits: it ensures the work you do has a good reason for it, and it keeps business and workload moving, among others.
This is only one example of the many rich mindsets that the team at VQ possess, making it a welcoming, productive, and simply awesome place to work. There is no politics, no over-complicated processes or documentation, just plain and simple teamwork.”
Ben
“I joined the Sales team back in early September, joining alongside several other new starters, attending the office in-person for the first week. I’ve found my experience to be enjoyable, the staff friendly and the role easy to step into. This was predominantly due to the support of my peers, colleagues, and the management. I’m looking forward to continuing my development both personally and professionally, as well as being part of the growth of VQ over future years.”
