OBTP is available from VQCM 3.9. Meetings scheduled via VQ’s Meeting Scheduler, Outlook Plug-in or VQCM API can be scheduled to include OBTP capable Cisco devices.
Once scheduled in VQCM, the device’s OBTP meeting schedule is updated and just before meeting start time, the device will present a “Join” button on screen or via its Touch Panel display, enabling a quick and straightforward way of joining the meeting.
OBTP can be licensed as an individual component or as part of the DMA Suite.

From VQCM 3.10 (target June, 2022), VQCM will support Cisco Telepresence Management System (“TMS”) compatible, hierarchical, Directory Services allowing room systems to perform address book lookups.
An easy to use, browser-based user interface will be included within VQCM to enable the configuration of address books; tooling will also be available to import device data from CSV files, TMS and CUCM.
Directory Services can be licensed as an individual component or as part of the DMA Suite.

DMA Suite is the complete set of OBTP, Directory Service and Configuration, Management and Automation.
DMA Suite is based on a per device License fee.
These will expand to cover the devices and data captured by DMA as the product and use evolves in the same way as it has for Conference Manager data.
