- Understand your use case, your environment, and any timelines you may be working to
- Share with you the tools & documentation available to help you make best use of VQ Conference Manager (VQCM)
- Ensure you are clear on the pre-requisites involved as part of the installation of VQCM
- Answer any questions you may have
