After receiving your license file, you will get a introductory email from your Customer Success Manager inviting you and your team to an initial onboarding call.

- Review what you have purchased
- Understand your use case, your environment, and any timelines you may be working to
- Share with you the tools & documentation available to help you make best use of VQ Conference Manager
- Ensure you are clear on the pre-requisites involved as part of the installation of VQCM
- And of course answer any questions you may have
